Terms and Conditions for Prudential 2026 New Year Premiums Promotion
Please read the relevant terms and conditions before purchasing Prudential 2026 New Year Premiums.
1. “Prudential 2026 New Year Premiums” ordering platform (“Platform”) and Premiums of Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”) is powered by Roy Mark (Asia) Limited (“Roy Mark”).
2. By using this Platform, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
3. Ordering period is from 15 July, 2025 to 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on 5 August, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The date and time of the promotion based on the server of the Platform shall prevail.
4. Meanings of the vocabularies used in these terms and conditions:
4.1 “User(s)” refers to Prudential employees to whom Roy Mark is providing the services or delivering Premiums to and whom are required to pay for the Premiums Roy Mark delivers.
4.2 “Premiums” mean the Prudential 2026 New Year Printing Premiums User orders through Roy Mark’s Platform, which User will pay for.
4.3 “Content” means all text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, images, moving visual representational images or a combination of sounds and such images, audio, computer programs, and other material featured, displayed or used in or in relation to Roy Mark’s Platform.
4.4 “Intellectual property rights” means any and all trade names, trade secrets, patents, trademarks, rights in domain names, rights in designs, copyright and database rights (whether registered or not and any applications to register or rights to apply for registration of any of the foregoing), rights in confidential information and all other intellectual property rights of a similar or corresponding character which may subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
5. In order to log in to the Platform, User needs to enter Prudential’s company email address and the password which was sent by Roy Mark earlier. If User did not receive the password, please contact Roy Mark to re-send the password. After logging into the Platform, User is required to change the password for security reason. User should keep the password in a safe place.
6. Department Secretaries and OS Admin User is required to input the name and telephone number of the contact person for Premiums’ delivery purpose (if necessary). Any update on contact information of the contact person after the submission will not be accepted. The contact information submitted by User for this promotion will only be used for the delivery purpose within Hong Kong for this promotion.
7. Late order submission after the deadline of Promotion Period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
8. Department Secretaries and OS Admin User will be responsible for handling their departmental orders. If sub-teams are located in different locations, the Department Secretaries and OS Admin User needs to select respective delivery address for each team’s order.
9. All successful transactions cannot be changed, and are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
10. User should check the order before submission. Should User have any questions about the ordering procedure, please contact Roy Mark.
11. If any User tender a resignation or User’s employment contract is terminated or suspended before the Premiums is delivered, the completed purchase order is non-cancellable and non-refundable. The Premiums ordered will also be forfeited automatically.
12. For “Individual Orders” by Prudential employees, Roy Mark is using PayPal as third party payment service provider to process online transaction and it only accepts credit card payments made by Visa and MasterCard.
12.1 When User places an order, User agrees and accepts that User’s credit card information will be collected, processed, and kept by PayPal subject to its terms and conditions. User agrees to pay for every order made under User’s login account or credit card and agree to indemnify Roy Mark for any claims, losses and damages whatsoever arising from the actions of any person placing any order for the Premiums using User’s login account or credit card. User shall be responsible for notifying User’s bank of and be liable for any changes to User’s record, or loss, theft or unauthorized use of User’s credit card, or any fees and charges incurred by using credit cards not issued in Hong Kong for payment. User agrees and accepts that User is solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by User in making credit card transaction, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by Prudential or Roy Mark.
12.2 PayPal may contain links to other websites. Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained. Roy Mark shall not be responsible for the content or privacy practices associated with linked websites. Roy Mark’s links with linked websites should not be construed as an endorsement, approval or recommendation by use of the owners or operators of those linked websites, or of any information, graphics, materials, products or services referred to or contained on those linked websites including further links contained on those linked websites, unless and to the extent stipulated to the contrary.
12.3 Once the transaction is confirmed, an e-mail confirmation will also be sent out by both the ordering platform and PayPal respectively to the User for record. User can also go to “Order History” page to view the confirmation.
13. For Department Secretaries and OS Admin User who orders for their divisions, please select “By Invoice” and click “Confirm”.
13.1 Please note that departmental orders can be submitted in the Platform ONCE only. Please check and ensure the order details are correct before clicking “Confirm Order”.
13.2 Once the transaction is confirmed, an e-mail confirmation will also be sent out to the User’s Prudential company email address by the ordering platform. User can also go to “Order History” page to view the confirmation.
14. Tentatively Premiums will be delivered in October 2025. Roy Mark will contact recipients by the early November to confirm the date and arrangement. Department Secretaries and OS Admin User will receive an internal email notification by Prudential.
15. Upon delivery, the designated contact person of Department Secretaries and OS admin User should check the number of boxes, count the premiums in the last box and sign off the delivery note if they are all correct. Except of relocation of corresponding division, User cannot request to deliver Premiums to another location.
16. Delivery time and date may change subject to traffic conditions or other factors. If Roy Mark fails to meet any prescribed delivery time or date, Roy Mark will notify the designated contact person of User’s corresponding division of the latest order status. Roy Mark will not accept any cancellations or refunds under this case.
17. User is reminded to keep the Premiums safely. Roy Mark will not be liable for the loss or damage caused by improper storage thereafter.
18. If the Premiums not included in the order placed by the User is misdelivered to the User, Roy Mark reserves the right to fetch back that Premiums.
19. After receiving the Premiums, Department Secretaries and OS admin User needs to fill out a “Missing & Defect Form” for any missing and defective items accordingly:
19.1 Department Secretaries User will help consolidate and fill out the form for their Departmental Orders and;
19.2 OS Admin User will fill out the form for the OS Departmental orders.
20. Department Secretaries and OS admin Users can submit the “Missing & Defect Form” in the Platform ONCE only. Please check and confirm the information of “Missing & Defect Form” is correct before clicking “Confirm”.
21. Late submission of “Missing & Defect Form” after the deadline of replenishment period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
22. Tentatively the replenishment period will be held in mid November 2025. Department Secretaries and OS Admin User will receive an internal email notification by Prudential in mid October.
23. Prudential is not responsible for any dispute arising from the use of the Platform and purchase of the Premiums through the Platform.
24. Roy Mark does not represent or warrant that access to Roy Mark’s Platform or any part of it from any devices including but not limited to mobile or PC will be uninterrupted, reliable or fault-free. Roy Mark does not warrant and covenant that Roy Mark will be able to maintain sufficient inventory for User’s ordered Premiums at all time but Roy Mark will use reasonable commercial endeavor to ensure that User’s orders are met.
25. Roy Mark does not represent or warrant to User that Roy Mark’s Platform or any of its contents will be accurate, complete or reliable.
26. User agrees that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst Roy Mark strives to protect such information, Roy Mark does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of User’s transmission of any information to Roy Mark. Any information which User transmits to Roy Mark is transmitted at User’s own risk. User must take own precautions to ensure that the process which User employs for accessing this Platform does not expose User to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage User’s own computer system. Roy Mark shall not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to User’s computer system which may arise in connection with User’s use of this Platform or any linked website.
27. Premiums include large Fook calendar, desk calendar wrapped in envelope, non-woven bag for calendar, small red packet, large red packet, premium red packet gift box and pocket diary. The intellectual property rights of all the Premiums on the Platform are owned, controlled or licensed by Roy Mark. Except for those expressly granted to User under these terms and conditions, nothing in these terms and conditions shall confer on User any right or interest in the Content and all other rights are reserved to Roy Mark.
28. Photos of all premiums are for reference only.
29. Roy Mark reserves the right to terminate User’s registered account and access to the Platform immediately if User is in breach of any of these terms and conditions.
30. The terms and conditions as set out herein and any dispute or matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Both User and Roy Mark shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
31. Roy Mark has the absolute discretion to revise these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute hereunder, Roy Mark’s decisions shall be final and conclusive.
32. Prudential is not the manufacturer/supplier of the Premiums and is not the agent of such manufacturer/supplier. Prudential shall not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever in relation to the Premiums (including but not limited to the quality, supply, delivery and the use). Prudential will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the Premiums.
